- Rod Sines comes to The Odyssey Group with a long history of general contracting.
- More than 35 years in the hospitality construction industry.
- Opened in excess of 170 Marriott-branded hotels.
- In 1985, he joined Marriott International to help launch the building of the Courtyard by Marriott brand.
- Rod oversaw the renovations of multiple Marriott full-service hotels.
- Oversaw several large property casualty loss renovations, including hotels damaged by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and Marriott hotels in New Orleans, and Marriott hotels in New York City damaged during the 9/11 terror attacks.
- Former VP of project management for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company -directly oversaw the construction of multiple high-rise Ritz-Carlton hotels, as well as large renovations/conversions, in the U.S. and around the world, including in Santiago, Chile; Moscow, Russia; Dubai, UAE; Kapalua, Hawaii; St. Thomas, USVI; and many other high-profile destinations.

- Jared Bradley has 20 years of experience as an architect, real estate developer and general contractor.

- Expertise ranges from single- and multi-family residential projects to mixed-use, high-end retail, restaurants, mass transit and institutional projects, providing him substantial development knowledge of various sectors.

- Possesses the adaptability, knowledge and skills needed to foster successful relationships with investors, partners, clients, government officials and other special interest groups.
- Provides leadership for the team, leads the team on vision and vertical implementation and serves as a key principal for The Odyssey Group.

- Mike Large has over three decades of construction and real estate development experience.
- Diverse and extensive background encompasses everything from managing complex hospitality and Class-A office space builds to projects in the healthcare, data center, and industrial fields across the country.
- Primary focus of managing a project from conception through construction and into project closeout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build trust and rapport with clients, architects, engineers and field staff, to help bring projects like the FBI Field Headquarters in Denver, CO, and the Hyatt Regency Condo-Hotel & Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL, to completion.
- Delivers solutions to complex issues that arise during construction by providing a big-picture perspective, attention to detail, and critical thinking, while maintaining meticulous budget and schedule commitments to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

- Ford Martin has years of wide-ranging leadership experience of managing project teams during all phases of construction and development.
- Graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he coached Division 1 lacrosse - teaching him the importance of organization and communication in a leadership role.
- Experience in various project management roles, from subcontractor to owners-representative to his current role spearheading all aspects of project oversight and management for the team.

- R. Shannon Pollard is a native Nashvillian, who has spent more than two decades in the residential and commercial real estate industry.
- He began his career with CB Richard Ellis as member of the Investment Properties group and the Industrial Properties team.
- As co-founder of Armistead Arnold Pollard, he partnered with Steve Armistead on an ambitiously unique, neighborhood – Voce. Each of the homes in Voce is unique in it's modern design and built using sustainable methods.
- Shannon looks forward to bringing his expertise to similarly minded neighborhood developments. In fact, he is partner in another unique development in Franklin, TN, called Magnolia Hall, which will feature 10 custom homes on the grounds of a 183-year-old landmark mansion, which is also being renovated in the process.

- Ellen Sevier has more than two decades of advertising and marketing experience - from both conventional agency firms and corporate, in-house teams as a copywriter and, later, at the creative- director level, she has been a part of and/or led creative teams that have performed in a wide array of marketing disciplines, including those of traditional advertising (e.g., print, radio, outdoor), corporate branding and strategy, digital marketing (e.g., website, SEO, Social media) and more.
- Not only assists with multiple marketing efforts, but also handles day-to-day operations within the workplace to ensure the Odyssey team is able to work in comfort and harmony in order to function as a well-oiled machine.
